PK Pool & Spa Care

Every time I go to PK Pool and Spa it is busy! I believe this is because it is the best knowledge and service for pools in the Rockingham area. I got my broken gear replaced and serviced and have always had a good experience. Great products and great people.

The shop is very good and the staff helpful and friendly.However be aware if using their technicians. Long story short I had a problem with my pool struggling to draw water from the skimmer box to the pump. I told the technician that I thought it was a blockage in the pipe but he quickly dismissed it , he didn’t even investigate it to rule it out and said I needed a new sand filter $1.300. After it was installed I still had the same problem so he came back and said it might be the pump and good luck finding someone to fix it if it isn’t the pump because he was stumped as to what the problem is.I installed a new pump $550.00, and still the same problem.I went to Bunnings and got some pipe, fittings ,tools and glue to run a new pipeline myself from the skimmer box to the pump $140 and it’s fixed.So it WAS just a blocked pipe like I told him and it’s cost me an unnecessary $1.850 and all I needed to spend was $140.00 and a couple of hours of my own time.I’m not happy, lesson learned albeit the had way.

Best staff and customer service around. Great team you have there Geoff. All competent, friendly and helpful. Despite living in Baldivis, I travel to PK Pool and Spa because of the great service.

Shopped here for 10+ years, always received friendly helpful assistance and advice. Prompt attention to supply and fit a new one when our pool pump burnt out too. Problem solved and a great price too. Highly recommend :)

I recently had PK pool and Spa come and do a free check of our pool system as we had just purchased a new home. They were efficient friendly and punctual. Their recommendations were honest and realistic. I now have a leak proof working system and happily recommend PK pool and Spa

Recently needed to purchase a pool pump, I went to a Pool Shop near Bunnings Rockingham and quoted $495 which seemed exorbitant compared to On Line prices. Went to Port Kennedy Pool & Spa Care and pleasantly surprised to see a more realistic price of $360, Thank you for not ripping people off.
